When will I receive my media?
Photos, floorplans and 3D tours arrive the next day. Videos take 1–3 business days. Same-day photo delivery is available by request for shoots before 10 AM.
What if the weather changes?
We shoot in most weather conditions. You can request a new date if you prefer sunshine; sky replacement is also available during editing.
